One Year Anniversary of the Kumamoto Earthquake

Today marks the one year anniversary of the Kumamoto Earthquake. Today at Crash Japan’s staff meeting we held a time of prayer for the affected area and the future plans.
Crash Japan will continue to send volunteers, chaplains, and the work of emotional care, various efforts of relief work continue. Please pray, and help us.

For Typhoon #10 Lionrock Relief Work.

We’re collecting the items listed below (new or used goods in good condition) to distribute to typhoon surviviors in Iwaizumi.

1. Rice cookers
2. Curtains (long)
3. Stoves (gas)
4. Heaters (kerosene)
5. Blankets
6. Futons

Rev. Iwagami, the director of emotional care and chaplaincy, visited Kurume in Fukuoka on May 21. He led morning service and talked about "emotional care for survivors" at Immanuel Kurume church. In the afternoon he joined CFK (Church Fellowship in Kurume) kick off meeting and spoke about "church network"

The Church Growth Vision Festa will be held July 3&4 in Miyagi Prefecture at Shiogama Bible Baptist Church, Miyagi Prefecture was greatly affected in the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake. There will be discussion and case studies with visits to the areas affected by the Tsunami.
