Tono Base:

For the Lord's leading in a possible move of the Tono Base Cap operations to Kamaishi. Reasons for considering such a move:
- 1. Safety of Volunteers with winter weather on the way
- 2. Closer access to the coastal areas for on-going and expanding plans for emotional care.
